. Starrett Company , refused to respond to him or to say where she was. ISS UK contacted Susanna Malinski of the Industrial Social Services or Serviço Social da Indústria SESIRS, their correspondent in Brazil, who attempted to contact Rebeca's mother through local social services in Itu in the state of Sao Paulo. For over six months in 2007, Itu Social Services kept trying to approach Rebeca's grandparents at their address in an enclosed and guarded condominium in the town and were repeatedly turned away by armed guards. After six months, Rebeca's mother arranged a meeting with Itu Social Services, but failed to keep the appointment. After seven months, she contacted Itu Social Services posing as a lawyer, Araci Ferreira Alves Lopes de Oliveira, of São José dos Campos in the state of Sao Paulo and told them, falsely, that Boyle was legally forbidden from entering Brazil and that any request for information needed to go through her, the lawyer. In May 2008, Martin received a response in the form of an official report from Itu Social Services relating the attempts they had made to locate Rebeca and what her parents and grandparents had told them. At the same time, Itu Social Services, in full knowledge of the background of Martin's desperate attempts to contact his daughter, stated in the report that Rebeca's mother had stated that Rebeca was happy with her new family andnew little brother, who she loved very much. When Martin contacted the lawyer named in the report, she denied all knowledge of Rebeca's mother, but said that a woman had approached her office several weeks earlier and had taken her card. The report was transmitted back to Martin through SESIRS and ISS UK. When ISS UK attempted to contact their correspondent in Brazil for further clarification, they were met with silence. Desperate, Martin flew to Brazil himself and was arrested at Guarulhos International Airport on a false charge of non-payment of child support and held in a 3m X 4m cell with 20 men for 15 days. While in prison, he was told that Rebeca had been fraudulently adopted by her stepfather Jose Augusto dos Santos Sa, of Sao Jose dos Campos, and that her birth certificate had been altered and his name removed. This was done on perjured evidence stating that Martin had disappeared and could not be found. When Martin finally returned to the UK, still with no idea where his daughter was because her mother and stepfather had been moving from address to address to avoid being located, he attempted to get ISS UK to report the matter to the Secretariat in Geneva, he was told that his case worker had left. As of June 2010, Martin has still been unable to locate or speak to his daughter, who has been told that he has disappeared and does not want to know her. All of his attempts to contact Rebeca's family go unanswered and ignored and his lawyer's attempts to have Mara Silvia Oliveira Rezende and Jose Augusto Dos Santos Sa summonsed for child abduction and fraudulent adoption have failed because of the connivance of Rebeca's grandparents and the Brazilian jeitinho. ISS UK claim to have been powerless to do anything, but at the same abandoned all sense of urgency and determination when it became clear that the Brazilian correspondent was unwilling to pursue the matter. BBC Brasil Bring Sean Home Foundation * Jacareí, Brazil São José dos Campos , Brazil http: propostas_ver.php?idConteudo 10 foundation 1961 location São José dos Campos, Brazil key_people - It is based in São José dos Campos, Brazil. One of the best built and most scenic highways in the country, it interconnects the Anhangüera (Rodovia Anhangüera) and the Presidente Dutra (Rodovia Presidente Dutra) highways, serving the major cities of Campinas, Atibaia, Jacareí and São José dos Campos. It is 126 km long and crosses a beautiful hilly region full of lakes, dams and temperate forests. The highway crosses with the Fernão Dias Highway (Rodovia Fernão Dias), between São Paulo and Belo Horizonte, nearby the city of Atibaia. Part of it that is inside the city of Campinas contributes to one leg of the Campinas Beltway (Anel Viário José Magalhães Teixeira). It is a continuation of the Rodovia Ayrton Senna (also SP-070), near the city of Guararema and ends by merging with Rodovia Presidente Dutra, which connects the cities of São Paulo (São Paulo (city)) and Rio de Janeiro; and Rodovia Floriano Rodrigues Pinheiro (SP-123), which connects Taubaté to Campos do Jordão. The cities served by the highway are Guararema, Jacareí, São José dos Campos, Caçapava and Taubaté. SP-123 is one of the most scenic roads in the state. Just a short 28 km, it ascends from the 500 m above sea leval of the Paraíba River (Paraíba do Sul) valley to more than 1,600 m altitude of Campos do Jordão, with a lot of meandering curves, sharp inclines and a 270mtunnel along the face of the Mantiqueira mountain range. In some places the view towards the valley is stunning, and the cities of Taubaté, Guaratinguetá, Pindamonhangaba, Caçapava and São José dos Campos, as well as the distant Serra do Mar, which separates the plateau from the coastline, can be seen in a clear day. Rich pine temperate forests line along the road. Picturesque stalls by the road sell milk directly from the cow, conserves, sweets, wines, smoked trout, brandy (cachaça), cheese and typical artworks of the region, very Swiss-like. Two belvedere (belvedere (structure))s in key places allow tourists and voyagers to enjoy the best views. The highway is partly dual-lane, part single-lane, and runs from the city of São José dos Campos, located in the Paraíba River (Paraíba do Sul) valley in the upper plateau of São Paulo down the Serra do Mar to the coastal lowlands of the city of Caraguatatuba, connecting to the Rodovia Rio-Santos (federal highway). As such, it is part of a series of Serra do Mar highways which include Rodovia Anchieta (SP-150) and Rodovia dos Imigrantes (SP-160), departing from São Paulo, the Mogi das Cruzes-Bertioga highway, and the Taubaté-Ubatuba highway. The SP-099 starts at the Rodovia Presidente Dutra, and crosses with Rodovia Carvalho Pinto (SP-070), two huge thoroughfares which direct the road flow from and to São Paulo megalopolis to the Northern coast beach resorts. The '''Instituto Tecnológico de Aeronáutica (ITA)''' or '''Technological Institute of Aeronautics''' is an institution of higher education and advanced research with emphasis in aerospace science and technology maintained by the Brazilian Federal Government (Politics of Brazil#Government of Brazil) with the support of the Brazilian Air Force. It is located in São José dos Campos, Brazil. ITA is rated as one of the top and most prestigious engineering schools in Brazil, accepting little more than 100 students per year at its undergraduate courses. The school's admission exams for its undergraduate courses (called ''vestibular'' in Brazil) are considered by the media to be the most difficult and most competitive in the country, and take place annually in over 25 cities throughout Brazil. At the same time the team of professors brought to Brazil by Montenegro started to lecture in the Army Technical School (EsTE, nowadays IME, Instituto Militar de Engenharia), in Rio de Janeiro, CTA's and ITA's facilities began to be built in the city of São José dos Campos. This city was small and its economy was mainly rural, but Casimiro and his fellows predicted that, due to its location (between Brazil's biggest cities, Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo) and geography, it was a good place to be the birth of the aeronautics industry in Brazil. They turned out to be right, since about only 20 years later a company called EMBRAER, nowadays the third largest commercial jet manufacturer in the world, was started there, created and run by ITA's alumni.
